When manager are overwhelmed they don’t do their office work with full efficiency. To gain a reputation as a good manager you need to remain fair in the working environment. You have to take all the things seriously because when you know its precious that remains unjustice and connect with any unethical behavior you need to know all the things are very important in your working environment your any step can give harm to the organization and it suffers a lot by al the managerial things in the matter but anyhow you need to competence in your flaws as well as your managers need to be fair and show ethical behavior while giving bonuses and rewards but manager should create a happy and friendly environment to their employees at the work place. And also provide flex time to the employees so that people don’t feel hectic in routine.
