Ingredients: 2/3 cups of milk, 1 ½ tsp vinegar, ½ cup maple syrup, ¼ cup vegetable oil, 2 tsp vanilla extract, 1/3 cups cocoa powder, 1 cup spelt, ground all-purpose flour, ½ tsp salt, ¾ tsp baking powder, and ½ cup mini chocolate chips
